Profile Dr. Jochen Köhler
Dr. Jochen Köhler has been advising companies and organizations on the subjects of strategic human resources work, business process optimization and knowledge and competence management since 1999. One of the focal points of work was the global introduction of knowledge management methods and tools in the Volkswagen group. He also carries out projects in all fields of strategic and operational HR work: recruiting, onboarding, strategic HR planning, HR development, introduction of target agreement and performance interviews, career planning, change management, employer branding, specialist and executive development, HR resource management and process optimization.
If necessary, he supported his customers as an interim manager (including a Chinese automobile group by founding an innovation center in Germany on his behalf). He also led and leads projects for the introduction of resource management and systematic personnel development at Telekom, GfK (consumer goods research) and in a project for cyber security by the BSI (Federal Office for Information Security).
Other customers were or are: Audi AG, Bertelsmann AG, Bertelsmann Stiftung, Continental AG, data assessment solutions, Dr. August Oetker Nahrungsmittel KG, EnBW, GfK, Albstadt Sigmaringen University, KfW, Media Broadcast GmbH, Miele & Cie. KG, Telekom AG, Volkswagen Financial Services AG.
Most of the projects took place in an international context, the project languages were German (mother tongue) and English (business fluent).
From mid-1996 to the end of 1998, he worked at the Bielefeld University, Department of Sociology, in the research group of Prof. Dr. Helmut Willke worked and, as part of his doctorate, dealt scientifically with the topic of knowledge management.
